How to use:

First, apply your base coat, cure for 30 seconds, then apply your colour coats and cure for 30 seconds.
Apply a thin, even layer of blooming gel, then take your favourite gel polish and add drops, swirls, or lines.
Let the design bloom naturally for a few seconds, then cure for 60 seconds.
Finish with your no wipe top coat to seal your design and add long-lasting shine. Cure again for 60 seconds.
