Metallic Powder Application - For best results, use with non-wipe, Hi-Shine UV/LED Gel top-coat. • Apply colour gel coat x 2 to clean prepared nails and cure each coat for 60s LED or 120s UV • Apply Hi-Shine non-wipe UV/LED top-coat and cure • Using the applicator, rub the powder onto the nails, you will need at least 2 layers of powder.
